For Companies

Bring the Academy to your team.

Corporate accounts unlock discounts, custom content built around your business, and the ability to team-teach alongside our faculty — bringing your company's knowledge to life in the room.
Corporate Accounts

More than a discount — a different kind of learning

Corporate accounts provide discounts, but also create opportunities for discussions among the learners in your company. Those discussions can extend beyond the course material to dynamically apply the content — and that can have positive impact across the company.
We can design courses that translate your company mission statement into objectives that are understood throughout the management team.
For Companies

Courses built around your business

Let's create custom courses that really teach what you want your people to know about your business model, technology, and the realities of the markets you compete in. That may be a custom version of one of our courses, or a completely new course we create together.
Team teaching

Teach the courses alongside your executives

We love to have our client companies work with us to team-teach courses to your employees. Messages resonate better when delivered by company managers and executives — and having your company leaders participate in the teaching can strengthen relationships and improve communication across the company.
Custom Courses

Built for what only your company knows.

Confidentiality is critical in business development and in product development — in maintaining trade secrets throughout company operations and with business partners. Yet it is still important to train employees and business partners on your company's policies, procedures, and processes. We build custom courses for online and in-person with not only subject matter expertise but also expert instructional design principles and techniques.
Consider retaining us to develop specialty courses. Some examples — each illustrating the kind of highly specific expertise we bring to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies:
01
Your sales representatives on the specifics of genetic testing programs offered to diagnose rare conditions your products treat.
02
Your business development team on the legal risks that are inherent in the incoming and outgoing business development processes.
03
Your entire company on the antibody, antisense oligonucleotide, gene therapy, small molecule, or other technology that underlies your new products — so that everyone understands what your company is doing and why.
04
Your concept of what you wished your employees knew and appreciated.
"A breath of fresh air" — we have often heard this description of the courses we teach to HCP speakers, sales representatives, MSLs, reimbursement specialists, and others. Talk to us about how to further your company culture not with templates or platitudes, but with real knowledge and insight that can drive changes in perspective.
Faculty Consulting

Retain the expert, not just the course.

Our faculty members consult through specific engagements. If you like the way a faculty member presents a course, consider retaining them to work directly with your company to apply the lessons to your reality.

One-Hour Calls

Having discussions with the faculty is always an option in association with our courses. If you would like to have a broader consultation addressing the specifics of your situation — or perhaps involving your colleagues — a one-hour call may meet your needs.

Specified Hours

Some of our faculty make themselves available for longer-term consultations. We note that most of our faculty are actively employed, so availability of individual faculty members varies — but we can usually find a very highly qualified consultant.

Projects

Avoid hiring a new employee for each new function your company has to do. With our project-based programs you may be able to get best-in-class expertise with a consultation to handle the core of the work.

Legal Services

The Pharmaceutical Officers Academy is not a law firm and cannot provide legal services. However, some of our faculty members are attorneys with law practices, and we can facilitate your engagement with them for legal services and associated needs.
POA is not a law firm. Faculty facilitation only — not legal advice from POA.

We would very much like to discuss the courses you envision and bring them to life. Reach out and we'll set up a time to talk.
