This podcast covers a broad range of topics in intellectual property, including trademarks, patents and designs.   It is also international with its hosts being Ken Suzan, of counsel and a trademark attorney at the Minneapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP, and Dr. Rolf Claessen, partner at Patent Attorneys Freischem in Cologne, Germany.

Although the topics range far afield from pharmaceuticals and biotechnology patents, much of it is interesting and useful for understanding a range of international business topics.  

We particularly note that data as an intellectual property is increasingly applicable to all businesses, including pharmaceuticals, and understanding trends outside of the industry can be helpful in ways that may not be anticipated.
