We are very interested in providing a platform for people who have something to share. For the Academy, that something needs to be expertise in an area of knowledge that is at one of two levels:

For the Executive Committee of the company, what should every one of them know about what your department does? Teach that. These courses comprise our Core Curriculum.
While we envision the content being for very senior people, we believe that when more managers and employees at all levels understand the objectives in all departments, the better the entire company will function.

Not our Provost. At the Academy our Provost is focused on learning effectiveness. Leading our
instructional design efforts, the Provost works with the Department Chairs and faculty members to design the courses so that the instruction is as effective as possible, with application of consistent teaching principles and techniques across all of our courses.
